The Assistance company “LAT” offers the services of their federal contact-centre that allows rendering a round-the-clock information service of customers.
For the companies who actively communicate with their customers and also wish to reduce their expenses as much as possible we offer integrated dispatching of telephone calls. This service will make it possible to give up the maintenance of their own contact-centre, thus cutting down the purchase costs of the hard- and software, payments for operators’ work and servicing of a contact-centre infrastructure.
The service includes: a round-the-clock reception of telephone calls from the numbers indicated by a customer; making available the information about the company and its services; consulting services rendered to customers; reception and recording of applications from client’s customers; dispatching and servicing of applications; if required, call forwarding to partners indicated by a client; making available the statistics on serviced calls.
